The Formula for a Successful Plan

Strategy Formulation and Implementation is also known as Strategic Planning. Successful organizations and corporations develop strategies that must be met through proper implementation of the strategies or plan.

SSI's suggested Strategic Planning process is described in the graphic above and can be adapted for use by large corporations, hospitals, banks, associations, school districts and small entrepreneurial businesses. SSI's staff works with senior management in customizing this process to meet individual organizational needs.

It is critical to the overall execution of strategy that organization leaders involved be able to work together and function as a team. Group dysfunction can seriously affect almost every aspect of team performance. Collaboration and flexibility are key to the ongoing process of assessments, analysis and action.
