Quality Assessment and Improvement Planning for Education
Implementing Continuous Quality Improvement
Today's school leadership requires the implementation of bold initiatives in
a rapidly changing society and a challenging school environment. School leaders
struggle to pull together positive school reform efforts into a well-coordinated
process where real world outcomes can be measured.
Strategic Source, Inc. assists organizations in meeting the system-wide goals
and objectives of your educational improvement plans through the Malcolm Baldrige
Process.
The Malcolm Baldrige
National Quality Award (MBNQA) Process is not a "new" program
for school reform but rather a process to align all the existing initiatives
and programs currently underway in a district or school. The design and implementation
of this overarching framework brings together curriculum, resources, students,
parents, faculty and community in a well-coordinated effort to improve education
and to help implement strategic objectives.
The Malcolm Baldrige Award Process is an organizational self-assessment. This
process is based on a set of Core Values and Concepts that have been identified
as beliefs and behaviors found in high-performing organizations.
