Mission Statement:

SSI is a management consulting firm that collaborates with client management, helping to improve performance and solve real world organization and business issues.

How we achieve this Mission:

SSI stimulates individual and organizational growth, development and leadership to the point where clients can function successfully without us; we undertake research, coach, teach, advise and create support materials appropriate to the learning needs of our clients. An outcome of collaboration with SSI for our clients is strategy development and implementation as well as the effective and appropriate use of people.

How our Mission helps clients:

The SSI team works with the leadership of a variety of industrial and service clients, both for profit and not-for-profit. We work first to define strategic objectives and then to accomplish them by focusing on human behavior in organizations as the critical force for achievement. Typical projects are: developing strategy, managing change, individual assessment and development, and improving working relationships. Our staff takes time to maintain and improve relationships with clients and learn about the unique characteristics of their business.
