Linda Keane, Senior Consultant

Linda Keane is a Senior Consultant with Strategic Source, Inc., where she applies her broad cross-functional experience to define complex organizational, process and technology issues and advises clients on practical solutions. She performs a variety of services at SSI such as strategic planning, process evaluation and design, meeting facilitation, teambuilding, coaching and training, and project management.

Linda is a business professional with over twenty years of results-oriented global experience in fast paced Fortune 500 environments. Linda was a Vice President at Glaxo SmithKline (formerly SmithKline Beecham). Prior to that, Linda held management roles at Shared Medical Systems and First Union (formerly Core States Bank). Linda has extensive cross-functional experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Finance. Her areas of expertise include: strategic planning, process reengineering, organization design, team building, meeting facilitation, coaching, training, project management, technology implementation and change management.

Linda has also developed her own training courseware on Management Techniques, Communication Skills, Change Management, and Team Tools and Skills and conducts both public and corporate classes. Linda also creates and delivers customized courseware for the unique needs of clients.

Linda graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis. Linda is certified to teach Zenger Miller courses and is trained in the Targeted Selection Interviewing Process and Information Mapping Documentation Techniques. Linda is a member and participates in the National Association for Female Executives and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Linda's strong facilitation, analytical, and organization skills has helped many organizations define issues and establish results-oriented effective plans for moving forward.
