Lee Ginsburg, Ph.D., Senior Consultant

Lee Ginsburg is a senior consultant with Strategic Source who has over 30 years experience that includes directing three international consulting practices and coaching CEO's and their organizations. His personal areas of expertise areas include strategic planning, executive leadership and staff development, team building and conflict resolution, culture assessment and change implementation.

Lee consults with global corporations as well as entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies. His organizational experience includes Senior Vice President for FirePond, Inc.; President of Miller/Ginsburg; Chief Operating Officer, Mobix Corporation; and internal consultant at the Sun Company. Lee has been a board member of both public and private corporations, and was one of the founders of First Executive Bank, a regional bank in Philadelphia, PA.

Lee has addressed audiences worldwide through appearances at the Presidents Association of AMA International, Management Centre Europe; TEC Worldwide; Young Presidents Association and Hawkesmere, Ltd. He was a presenter at the INC. Magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year conference and was a facilitator at the 75th anniversary of the American Management Association in San Francisco, honoring Peter Drucker.

Lee has published more than a dozen articles on a wide range of management topics and has authored several books: Omega Management, Killing the Corporate Dinosaurs, and Managing Rapid Change. His published articles include: Value Driven Management, Identifying and Developing Tomorrow's Leaders, Managing Rapid Change, Strategic Planning for Climate Modification, The Creation of Change, Career Planning: A Dual Responsibility, and Reversing the Trends: A Model for Organizational Change. Lee received his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his M.A. and Ph.D. at Temple University, Pennsylvania.

Lee's facilitation skill and coaching has helped many senior executives define their issues and get their management teams "on the right track". He enjoys the opportunity to guide executives during periods of significant change.
