Debra Franke, Senior Consultant

Debra Franke is a Senior Consultant with Strategic Source, Inc. specializing in the areas of selection, career assessment and development, teambuilding and conference/meeting design and planning.

Prior to joining Strategic Source, Inc., Debra worked for three years in Great Britain for a management consultancy, specializing in assisting organizations in acquiring, managing, developing and outplacing human resources. Debra is considered an expert in the application of the System for Identifying Motivated Abilities (SIMA®), an assessment process which identifies and describes the motivated strengths of individuals. That expertise is very applicable to the selection and promotion decisions that Debra's clients face.

Debra was an internal Organizational Development consultant for the DuPont Company for four years. She helped project teams become effective and business units tackle critical people issues to ensure that the organization kept its strategic focus through making its people more effective. Her efforts focused on empowering employees to meet the demands of the new company culture.

Debra is a member of the Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association and the National Career Development Association.

Debra's education includes a B.S. in Engineering from Northwestern University as well as several professional developmental programs in her special interest areas of career and life planning.

Debra has unique skills in helping individuals and teams achieve their goals by improving group processes and maximizing strengths.
