Founded in 1989, Strategic Source, Inc. (SSI) assists large and small
client organizations to reach their strategic
goals using their own internal resources and capitalizing on the strength
of their management and business teams. Our founder, Jim McHale, served
as a senior manager at the Sun Company in the areas of human resource
development, executive education, benefits administration, financial systems
and systems development. He also served as Director of the Sun Institute,
Sun's executive and professional development training facility, located
in suburban Philadelphia.
SSI was founded as a source for professional
consulting services, creative strategic thinking, and meeting design
and facilitation to help organizations achieve their objectives. We work
with companies of various sizes - both large and small - as well as in
both the profit and not-for-profit arenas. According to Jim, "Our
goal is to work with organizations to assess and develop their strategy
and staff so they will approach the future with both vision and commitment.
We provide strategic planning and human resources consultation with the
training necessary to assure the implementation of a sound business strategy."
